MAKING CONTACT & SENDING PAYMENT:
You can pay instantly at the time of purchase by completing eBay's checkout procedure. Alternatively, I will send you an email soon after auction close. This email will contain complete payment details. Please include details of your chosen method of payment and your mailing address so i can prepare your goods for posting.
Please Note: If you have not heard from me within 24 hours of auction close you should assume I am having difficulty in contacting you via your eBay registered email address and contact me giving an alternative email address.

Payment should be received within 14 days of auction close.
It is your responsibility to ensure payment arrives in time.
If payment is not received within 10 days of auction close i will send a payment reminder.
If payment is not received within 28 days of auction close i will contact eBay regarding the transaction and complete a Non-Paying Bidder Alert. From this point onwards I am under no obligation to hold the item and reserve the right to relist or offer the item to the next placed bidder.
If sending payment by mail from overseas you should use airmail delivery (preferably recorded) to ensure arrival within the 28 day period.

PayPal and Nochex payments should be sent to my eBay registered email address. There are no fees applied.
If paying for multiple items by PayPal or Nochex please send one payment for the total amount (do not send multiple payments).
Postal orders should be made payable to "S Rutter " and sent to my eBay registered mailing address.

POSTAGE:
All item descriptions include a price for UK p&p,
Multiple purchases are combined for p&p discount. Please refer to the item descriptions for details of combined p&p. If the item descriptions do not include details of combined p&p (for instance, if you are purchasing different types of items) just email me for a quote.
All goods are sent via Royal Mail with larger items sent via Royal Mail Parcel Service or Parcelforce Worldwide.
It is your responsibility to inform me of any additional postage requirements.

UK POSTAGE OPTIONS
Recorded Delivery is available to any UK address for an additional 66p. This is advised if you require signature delivery. (maximum weight 2kg)
Special Delivery is available to any UK address for .85 to 9.00 (dependent on weight and size). This is advised if you require next-day signature delivery. (maximum weight 10kg)



EUROPE / AUSTRALIA / NEW ZEALAND POSTAGE OPTIONS
Recorded 'Signed For' Airmail is available to any Australia / New Zealand address for an additional .30. This is advised if you require signature delivery. (maximum weight 2kg)
Some countries will apply import duty/charges to deliveries above a certain value. Please check for details with your local Customs & Excise authorities. The buyer is liable for any import duty/charges applied to a delivery.

PACKAGING:
All items are carefully packaged to the highest standard. The cost of packaging is included in the price of p&p.

DELIVERY:
Orders are posted Wednesday / Thursday i will email you to confirm that your order is on the way (this email will include the date of posting).
Delivery estimates are as follows: UK (1-3 working days) / Europe (2-5 working days) / Rest Of World (4-7 working days). Please note that deliveries can sometimes take longer depending on local service.

INSURANCE:
Please note all Letter/packet post has a Maximum compensation of 8 or 100 times the value of a 1st class stamp. Royal mail pay No compensation in respect of  jewellery.

Unfortunately with millions of items of mail being sent daily,

damage or loss is inevitable on occasion. Hopefully it will never happen to you but if it does,

i will make a claim against the Post Office, If your parcel arrives damaged please email me                    

 If you have not received your parcel within 14 days of the date of posting please email me i can then chase royal mail on your behalf.
If your parcel was shipped via standard post & Royal Mail officially declare your parcel as lost (please note that a Royal Mail delivery investigation usually takes 14 days).
or your parcel was shipped via recorded delivery & no replacement is available i will issue a full refund (including p&p costs).

CUSTOMER SERVICE:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item please contact me immediately and i will do everything i can to help. In most instances the problem can be resolved to your complete satisfaction.
If you wish, the item can be returned to me for a refund of your bid total (not including p&p). Please email me and i will advise as to the return procedure. The item should be in the same condition as when it left me and you should use appropriate packaging to protect it en route (if possible, re-use the packaging it arrived in).
Faulty items: If you believe an item to be faulty please contact me as soon as possible and i will advise as to the return procedure. If the item is found to be faulty i will issue a full refund (including p&p costs). Please note that all returns are checked and if the item is found to be working you will be liable for all p&p costs.

 Compatibility issues with new/sealed items: If applicable, please ensure that the item is compatible with your equipment. This should be done prior to bidding. If however you receive a new/sealed item which you believe to be incompatible with your equipment please return it before you break the seal. Once opened, a new/sealed item cannot be returned due to compatibility issues. Please email me if you have any questions regarding compatibility.
I would advise that when returning goods you obtain a Certificate of Posting and postal insurance. It is your responsibility to make sure the item is returned securely.
All returns must be agreed within 21 days of auction close.

 
FEEDBACK:
Please be assured that i always post positive feedback for every successful transaction.
Feedback is usually posted 5-7 days from receipt of payment. This allows for the usual clearance/chargeback periods.
i like nothing more than to post positive feedback. However, non-paying bidders will not be tolerated and negative feedback will be posted if applicable.

p&p costs are always stated in advance
or I state the weight and will post at cost
so you know what the score is
if I have it then I will re-use/re-cycle jiffy bags and whatever else I may have to hand with my packing, most of the time i use new Jiffy bags.

If you have a problem with a transaction, then I will do my best to sort it out. I try to answer e-mails within 24 hours. From time to time, everyone has technical problems, so if you do not hear from me, don't panic! Pull my contact details from eBay and telephone me! - please, please, I beg you - always include all of the relevant details in every e-mail that you send! Just saying "oi! where is my parcel ?" isn't a great help really.

I always obtain proof of posting.
